On the afternoon of March 6, the Jiading Federation of Trade Unions organized a volunteer service team of the Jiading Trade Union System and came to our company to carry out the “face-to-face, caring, and practical” zero-distance service to employees. Experts and volunteers received more than 100 female employees of our company who came to consult, and distributed more than 200 publicity materials such as female health knowledge series pictures, more than 50 publicity materials, and more than 30 birth control supplies. The development of the activity has shortened the distance between the employees and the labor union, allowing the employees of our company to more truly feel the care of the Jiading Federation of Trade Unions, and at the same time strengthen the awareness of the legal system and self-protection of female employees. In addition, the District Federation of Trade Unions also set up an award-winning question-and-answer area for the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the "Special Provisions on Labor Protection for Female Employees" to guide employees to care about current affairs and protect their legal rights.
